This agreement should be made between buyer and seller upon the execution and delivery by facsimile to our company.
A. Minimum order of Rs 1,00,000 with a minimum quantity of 3 units of each product must be made to make it an wholesale order.
B. The wholesale order will be provided at 20% below the retail price.
C. Pricing will be updated on a yearly basis, or if the price of the raw material spikes.
A. Orders must be placed in writing by email to mayahanicraftsjewelry@gmail.com.
B. To qualify your wholesale order you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such.
C. You are authorized to sell in the retail store that you have listed , secondary stores and as well as online stores.
D. The first 50% of the invoice is due when the order is placed and the remaining 50% is due when order is completed. The last payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
E. The necessary shipping cost must be covered by the client at their expense.
A. MHJ (Maya handicrafts jewelry) shall provide standard packaging for our jewelry ordered in bulk to our clients .
B. Additional packaging and labels can be provided with extra charge for our clients.
C. The retailer are only allowed to sell our jewelry under our name and our packaging.
A. The client can expect the order to be completed 3-4 weeks or sooner after the order has been confirmed.
B. During the busiest time of the year, lead time can be as long as 5-6 weeks . Its the client responsibility to plan accordingly.
A. Because of the personalized nature of the order, once our worker starts making the order it can not be cancelled.
B. We require you that you check your order within 3 business days for completeness and quality. If something is missing or not upto your standards we must know within the first 3 business days after you receive it.
A. The designs and the detail of the customized jewelry should be provided by the client.
B. The sampling cost of the customised jewelry should be covered under the client expense.
C. There should be a minimum order of atleast 20x unit of the customized order.
